Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at Resort booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

If the customer is eligible for the refund after the cancellation of booking, the amount so refunded will be calculated after deduction of any Bank Charges prevalent as on date.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check what room conditions may apply when selecting your room above. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Free! One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

One older child or adult is charged INR 1500 per person per night in an extra bed.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

There is no capacity for baby beds in the room.

Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets are not allowed.
